1. Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player") and bkok ("the Platform") regarding your use of bkok.today and all services available on it. By accessing, registering on, or using any part of bkok, you confirm that you have read these Terms, understand them, and agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree to these Terms in full, you must not access or use bkok.

bkok reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Material changes will be communicated to registered players via the contact details held on their bkok account.

2. Eligibility and Age Verification

Access to and use of bkok is strictly limited to individuals who meet all of the following eligibility criteria:

• You are at least 21 years of age. bkok is strictly a 21+ platform. Players under 21 are not permitted to open an account, deposit funds, or place any wager under any circumstances.
• You are legally permitted to participate in online gaming and sports betting under the laws applicable in your jurisdiction. It is your sole responsibility to verify whether online gaming is lawful where you reside before registering.
• You are not registering on behalf of another person and are not acting as an agent or proxy for any third party for the purpose of placing wagers on bkok.
• You have not previously been excluded from bkok or had an account closed by bkok for breach of these Terms. Attempts to re-register following a permanent exclusion will be detected and the new account closed immediately.

3. Account Registration and Security

To access bkok's full services, you must register for an account. By registering, you agree to the following:

• You will provide accurate, complete and current information when completing the registration form, including your legal name, date of birth and active Bangladeshi mobile number. Providing false information is a material breach of these Terms.
• You will maintain only one account. Opening multiple bkok accounts — whether under the same or different personal details — is strictly prohibited. Duplicate accounts will be permanently closed and all balances forfeited without prior notice.
• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. You must not disclose your login credentials to any third party. bkok will not be liable for any loss arising from your failure to keep credentials secure.
• You must notify bkok immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach. Contact bkok support via the email address provided on the site. bkok is not responsible for losses caused by unauthorized access that could not reasonably have been prevented.

bkok may request identity verification (KYC) at any time, including at registration, at the time of a withdrawal request, or if unusual account activity is detected. Failure to provide requested documentation within a reasonable timeframe may result in account restriction or closure.

4. Deposits and Withdrawals

bkok facilitates deposits and withdrawals exclusively through approved payment methods available to Bangladeshi players. The following conditions apply to all financial transactions on bkok:

All deposited funds must be used for wagering activity on bkok. Depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine wagering activity constitutes misuse of the platform and bkok reserves the right to decline such withdrawal requests and close the account.

5. Bonuses and Promotions

bkok may offer bonuses, free spins, reload offers, cashback and other promotional incentives to registered players. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions as well as any specific terms attached to each individual offer:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements (rollover). The specific rollover for each bonus is stated on the promotion page or in the bonus terms communicated at the time of the offer. Bonus funds and winnings from bonus funds may not be withdrawn until the full wagering requirement has been met.
• bkok reserves the right to modify, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice. Where a promotion has already been claimed, the terms at the time of the claim remain in effect for that player's existing bonus balance.
• Bonuses are personal to the account holder and may not be transferred to another player or account. Using bonuses across multiple accounts or in collusion with other players is strictly prohibited and will result in account closure.
• Seasonal promotions linked to Bangladesh cultural events (Eid, Pohela Boishakh, Victory Day) or cricket events (BPL, T20 World Cup, IPL) are subject to additional terms specific to each campaign, published on the relevant promotion page.
• Only one welcome bonus is available per player, per household and per shared device or IP address. Accounts identified as claiming multiple welcome bonuses will have the bonus removed and may be permanently closed.

bkok reserves the right to reclaim bonus funds and related winnings if it determines that a bonus was obtained through fraudulent means, system exploitation, or in breach of these Terms.

6. Betting and Gaming Rules

The following rules apply to all sports betting, live casino, slots, crash games and any other wagering activity on bkok:

• All bets are final once confirmed. A bet confirmed by the system cannot be cancelled, amended or withdrawn under any circumstance. bkok recommends players double-check all selections, stakes and odds before confirming.
• In the event of a technical failure or system error affecting a bet or game session, bkok reserves the right to void affected bets and return stakes. bkok is not obligated to honour bets accepted in error due to software malfunction, incorrect odds published through technical fault, or a game that did not complete due to a server interruption.
• Sports betting markets are subject to bkok's event rules. In the event of a match abandonment or postponement, bkok will apply standard industry void rules. • Casino game outcomes are determined by certified RNG systems operated by bkok's game providers including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe and Ezugi. These RNG systems are independently audited for fairness. bkok does not intervene in or modify game outcomes.

All disputes relating to game outcomes or bet settlements must be raised with bkok support within 30 days of the relevant event. Disputes raised after this period may not be considered. bkok's decision following a dispute investigation is final and binding.

7. Responsible Gaming

bkok is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices and believes that gambling should always remain an enjoyable leisure activity. bkok provides the following tools to all registered players: deposit limits (daily, weekly and monthly), session time reminders, cool-off periods and permanent self-exclusion. 8. Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on bkok. Any involvement will result in immediate account suspension, permanent closure, forfeiture of all funds, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Fraud, including using stolen or unauthorized payment methods (bKash, Nagad, Rocket or any other) to fund a bkok account, using fraudulent identity documents for KYC verification, or engaging in any form of payment fraud or chargeback abuse.
• Bonus abuse, including creating multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, sharing bonus funds between accounts, or systematically exploiting promotional offers in a manner inconsistent with genuine recreational gaming.
• Collusion or match-fixing — any form of coordinated activity between two or more players to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players, including coordinated betting on opposing outcomes in the same event.
• Use of automated software, bots, scripts or any other mechanism not sanctioned by bkok to place bets, claim bonuses or gain an advantage over other players or the house.
• Money laundering or using bkok to conceal the origins of funds, including depositing and withdrawing funds without genuine wagering activity for the purpose of processing funds through the payment system.

bkok employs continuous fraud detection systems. If prohibited activity is detected, bkok will act immediately without prior warning. Players found to have engaged in prohibited activities will have accounts permanently closed, pending withdrawals cancelled and all funds forfeited. bkok may share information about fraudulent activity with payment processors and law enforcement where legally required.

9. Account Suspension and Termination

bkok reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in any of the following circumstances:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms, including eligibility requirements, prohibited activities, account registration rules or bonus terms.
• Failure to provide satisfactory identity verification documentation within the requested timeframe, or the provision of documentation found to be false or fraudulent.
• A player's voluntary request to close their account, including a self-exclusion request. Upon voluntary closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be processed for withdrawal to the player's registered payment method.

Upon permanent account closure initiated by bkok for breach of Terms, all funds in the account will be forfeited. bkok is not required to provide detailed reasons for closure in cases involving fraud, prohibited activity or ongoing legal investigations.

10. Intellectual Property

All content on bkok, including the bkok name and logo, website design, graphics, text, software, data, game interfaces and promotional materials, is the exclusive property of bkok or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. No content may be reproduced, distributed, published, transmitted, modified or otherwise exploited for commercial purposes without prior written consent from bkok.

Third-party game content displayed on bkok (including slots, live casino streams and crash game interfaces) is the intellectual property of the respective providers (Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, Ezugi and others). Players may not copy, record, stream or redistribute any game content accessed through bkok.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, bkok shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages arising from your use of, or inability to use, bkok or any of its services. This includes loss of profits, loss of data, service interruption, computer damage or system failure. bkok's total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

bkok makes no warranty that the platform will be available at all times without interruption. While bkok endeavours to maintain availability 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, scheduled maintenance, technical issues or circumstances beyond bkok's reasonable control may result in temporary unavailability. bkok will not be liable for any loss suffered as a result of platform downtime.

12. Amendments to These Terms

bkok reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, bkok will notify registered players by posting a notice on the platform and, where possible, by sending a notification to the mobile number or email address registered on the account. The date of the most recent revision is displayed at the top of this page.

Your continued use of bkok after any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with any amendment, you must cease using bkok immediately and may request voluntary account closure. It is your responsibility to read these Terms each time you access bkok to ensure you are aware of the current version.
